Error Msg - Application is not licensed to use this feature

Hi,

Recently i have started to get the error message 'Application is not licensed to use this feature'
when accessing ADO components (seems to only be ADO Query components).

The message does not appear all the time and it seems to only occur when i use a function in a dll then return back to the main executable then try to access a function in the (same) dll that uses ADO components. The first time the dll is accessed, no problems occur although it is using the same functions that cause it to fail on the second attempt.

The only help i have managed to find so far is from Borland Answers which says to delete the file default.bpr and start a new project. However, i have tried this but still get the same message

Any help would be appreciated.

I've not seen that before. It almosts sounds like something is not properly closing.
