we are getting an error message 544 from Crystal Reports denying access to a report that is accessed via a Citrix server. I've been told that this error means that there are too many people trying to access the same report at once & that Crystal only allows 20 concurrent users to access the same report at the same time. Yet I can find no documentation to support that theory. Can anyone conform or deny that theory? Thanks much!
