ERROR mounting a Tape in NW 7.3 SP3

We have upgrade NW to version NetWorker version 7.3 SP3.Build.510 (NetWorker Management Console version 3.2.Build.510 ) and now when we try to mount a tape into the library to make a restore it appears this error:

Any idea what could be happen??

Hmmm - as indicated in the manpages, -d is probably not supported. You may want to omit it.
