Error Messaging & processing

Hi ,
In Informatica , how do i capture errors and populate them database tables. In my scenario I would have to log all errors , ex: In Lookups doesnt match , filters ,in almost all of the transformations, if it doesnt confirm then i have log all the errors, please provide me with examples or sample documentation as to how to go about it .

I see that Version 7.0 has a lot of increased error logging, including ability to write to flat files and relational tables. Haven't tried it, just looked at the material.
