Hello Buddies,
We have some error messages with F4066 and F4057 codes on our server HP4K v4.0. I read the "troubleshooting.pdf" document and don't find suitable description for my issues. Can anybody help me to troubleshooting and solving this issues?

If you really want to know what all that crap means, go to the Tonido site, under Docs, Openscape 4000 V7, and get the "Alfie" (ALFe) document. That document has error cosdes that have been around a really long time as well as the newer ones. In section 8 you can display links to the error messages by what K block they are in (1K, 2K, 3K, etc). Those 2 particular error messages are generic "catch-all" dumpster messages and you need a degree in rocket science to figure them out - even with the book. I have been told to ignore them - I get them all the time. They could mean trunking, routing, queueing, unexpected disconnects, etc.

You cauld look at the output from DIS-VADSU; and DIS-VADSM; and see if you have any "Errors Absolute" showing up. Based on which counter has errors can help troubleshoot. DIS-SIGNL:SYSTEM; can also tell you if there are major or monor erros someplace, and if they are hardware or software issues.

If you are not yet familiar with the Tonido site look in the FAQs at the top of the forum. There are a wealth of manuals, software upgrades and other information in there.

Mr. sbcsu
Let me to check it.

Mr. donb01
I have this doc 'ALFE', but this doc don't have much information in this case.

That's all the information WE get. Beyond that it has to be referred to one of the gurus way high in the Unify tech department that have some kind of tool that tells them how to translate that stuff.)

If you run NoScript I think you need to check if it's allowed. It's been a while since I first started using that site so I don't remember.

I went to confirm that and received a notice that "the user's Tonido device is offline".

OK Check again - Updates were installed on the server that the Tonido is running on and it was not restarted.

Works for me now. Thanks.
