Error messages in Lotus Approach on Windows XP machine

I have a user who is experiencing two errors with an application written in Lotus Approach version 9.8. The application is currently housed on Windows XP machine.

The errors are:

(1) Can not find the memo and picture plus file for C:\Lotus\Work\Approach\Cymaster.dbf

(2) Warning: “Macro set auto couldn’t set field Cymaster.auto_account.” Continue running macro?

Is there anything that the user may be missing on the machine, as it was recently transferred from another XP machine.

Any assistance that can be provided for these errors will be greatly appreciated.

This means that a file named Cymaster.DBT is either missing or damaged. Perhaps you did not copy this file over from the other machine? If it is there, then you may need to drop back to a good backup of that database for all its files (.DBF, .DBT and .ADX file types)

This error could be related to the first error. Fix the first one and this error will likely also be fixed.
