Error messages in Internet Explorer 6.0x (0x6600accc)

I am getting this error message every time I close IE:

The instruction at "0x6600accc" reference memory at "0x6600accc". The memory could not be "read".

I disabled the Yahoo! Toolbar and that took care of it!
