i have a problem with this ERROR CODES BSD090 and BSD000,WE KNOW THE PROBLEM POWER FAULT INDICATION. WE HAVE DETECTED that the voltage on this card QPC82E is lower than 15 Volts and we already change the card with no difference detected... is there something else we could test for? we are at a loss...... we're using NORTEL MERIDIAN 1-71 OPTION 17,76

BSD000 is an overlay "indentifier" - it means LD45 is running or will run.
BSD090 means "some power fault may exist" - but it may not exist. The Power Monitor card initiates the message and the card itself is often the problem if the switch is running without any noticable problems.
The way to run a LD45 routine is:
LD45
then just type the word "test" and hit the enter key and wait
