Error Message

We have our email setup so you can access it from any computer in the company using our local intranet. We are using the stardard Microsoft Web Mail, feature. Here is the message we are receiving while attempting to loggin from a remote pc:

The Microsoft Exchange Server is down or the HTTP Service has been disabled by an administrator. Please try your request again later.

All help would be appreciated.

check to make sure your MS Exc. Internet Mail Service and your World Wide Web Service are running.
Also, make sure the guest ( or whatever anonymous user you have setup) is not locked out.
Last Check the MS Internet Service Manager to verify what user login is set in the anonymous login section of the

http://WWW properties.

One problem is the error is not a permanent error. It comes and goes sometimes we will get it for a few minutes and then it will go away and we can get in, and then maybe an hour later we can't get back in again. There is no apparent pattern.
