wow, no one responded to this? Do we even have any BM people monitoring this forum? Guess I should try to up my activity here.
To answer this pretty old question, it sounds like your proxy is full, are you using proxy? are you trying to get to a particular web site or does IE do this on load? What is the default web page for your IE?

To answer this pretty old question, it sounds like your proxy is full, are you using proxy? are you trying to get to a particular web site or does IE do this on load? What is the default web page for your IE?
