ERROR MESSAGE

I AM TRYING TO UPDATE A FILE AND I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT AN ILLEGAL OPERATION HAS OCCURED IN FILE CRW32.EXE
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO SO I CAN GET THIS CORRECTED AND UPDATE THE FILE AS NEEDED??? THANKS

This error usually means that something is not installed correctly or you don't have rights to some directory. Have you tried to reinstall CR? What exactly are you doing when the error occurs? Ken Hamady
