We have a permanent error on a Magix 2.2, ABK extension busy, code 0404. This brings on the alarm led on the QCC. Any ideas on how to resolve? Thanks.

This alarm means an extension is in program mode, wait until station changes mode, to clear it go into maintanance and press the drop key while looking at the alarm. this should clear it.
