However, you have an Option 11 system with Meridian Mail and the AML 9 link is down, suggesting that the mail isn't powered up?. Do you use Meridian Mail?.

shows key 10 and 11 being pressed.. prt the tnb, then idu the set.. chances are they do not match.. usually programed as an 8 and someone plugged in a 2616
