Hi,

I merge two existing reports (as subreports) into one report. The two existing reports is called:Serp and the other is called SIP/SEsP. In the page footer I added a textbox for counting the people in the Serp group, using this =Count([SERP Plan Information]![Employee Data]) in my control source, but I get an #error. What am I doing wrong????

Thanks

Why not put an invisible text box in the footer of the subreport in question? Now you can set the control source of text box in the footer of the main report to equal the text box in the sub report.

=[SUBReportName].[Report]![TextBoxName]

Works for me. ljprodev@yahoo.com
