error message

my nero burning software is giving me error message when i click on it, though there is no problem in CD-writing.

here is the error message captured and uploaded in the image.

P.S lease, wait for sometime to load the image depending upon your internet connection speed.

Hi I have the same on mine just PRESS OK it then sets it up for automatic memory if you press cancel you will keep getting this message.

ok, when i PRESS OK

After that, when i click canceal i get the nero file chooser.

its bad that everytime i get this message. is there any settings needed ? earlier it was not there . but recently, i am getting this message.

how can i get rid of this message ?

Have a look at settings for the Secondary Controller under the IDE Controllers in Device Manager. I'm not sure if DMA or PIO is related to your actual problem but these are the areas you can check the settings.
