What does it mean ?

[root@Linux14 root](10.119.55.14)> WARNING: local host name (Linux14) is not qualified; fix $j in config file
sbenjo... Connecting to [127.0.0.1] via relay...
sbenjo... Deferred: Connection refused by [127.0.0.1]

Error message is clear: You did not define your hostname and domainname. Check it out ( with root-permission ) with command:

/usr/lib/sendmail -d0.4 -bt </dev/null

and look for "canonical name" output. It should be like hostname.domainname.country-abbr, but I doubt it shows up in your configuration. So go into your sendmail.cf file and look for

DwYourHostname
DmYOurDomainname

and change it to your valid values. Then restart sendmail and try again.
