Error Message when uploading

Hi All

Iam using sql 2000 and am trying to set-up a DTS. The datasource is a ms excel 2000 workbook with multiple worksheets. When I use the wizard and point to the workbook I get the following error :-

Could not open file. Close any other application that may be locking the file.

I have restarted my computer, copy and pasted the workbook renamed it and even put in a different location and still same message.

Anyone any ideas?

Only a guess, but is it password protected at all?
