Error message when UN-installing programs...

I have Windows Vista. Starting about a week ago...whenever I try to UN-install a program I get this error message...

"InstallScript setup launcher has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program & notify you if a solution is available."

Does ANYONE here have any idea what's causing this &/or how I can fix it?

If you have windows vista, why not post in that forum and not the xp forum. I would download Ccleaner, and run it, and use it to un install the program, also have it clean and fix the registry.
