Error message when trying to open/play message

We are at the early stages of trialing MM. We've had an engineer in to do all the back end stuff. He's installed it on my machine but we couldnt get the messages to play from my Outlook.
I get the error message in the picture.

I'm running Outlook 2007 SP1

Any help would be grately appreciated.

What software level and back end are you using for MM ? Also what version of Outlook Thick Client (OTC) is it? in the past we have seen problems like this but it has been addressed in new releases.

It may also be a security problem on the local PC.
