Error message when run macro for Accpac 5.4A 1

Error message:
Starting macro for Accpac 5.4A a results in the following error message in a Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger dialog box:

"An unhandled win32 exception occurred in a4wvba.exe [2464]"

Platforms : Windown XP,2003 server small business
