Error message when replying to mail

One of my user when she replies to a mail sent by one of an external client gets this message:

550 This message scored 7.4 points. Congratulations!

This only comes when she replies to the mail message, i.e if she sends a new message the error message does'nt come

Your help please.

P.S: The e-mail address is correct and the domain is up.
