Error message when clicking on a link in e-mail 1

A friend of mine is receiving the following error message when trying to click on any link imbedded in his e-mail. If I send him an e-mail with a

http://www.yahoo.com

link, that is the message he gets when he clicks on it. Any ideas how to solve it ?

After that, do a thorough spyware check.
