error: message ubersniff

I keep getting this error when browse the Web using IE 6.0. What could be causing this to happen and how can I get rid off it? Thank You.

well, it sounds like a error caused by some kind of "spyware" or "adware" but thats just a guess. have you checked for any of those? if you need help doing so, check the FAQ's on this forum, it has a great artical. mean while try running msconfig and disableing all start-ups. good luck.

personally, I recommend faq608-3482 for countering spyware, etc

If adware is not the case, could you post back with some more symptoms (is it simply an error msg? loads of ads? etc)
