This website has not used PHP code before. My web page is at

I just opened that page fine....it's the SCAN volunteer contact form. I assume you fixed the issue?

Not fixed yet 8pm EST 3-3. The page form is html form the submission is the kicking in the PHP form submission and goes down like a rock.

OIC....it was erroring at post...my bad. I read your initial post to quickly.

I think you will need to add or edit the verbs in IIS manager...

1. From IIS Manager. Right click your site and select properties.
2. Select Home Directory.
3. Click Configuration.
4. Select your application extension (.php) if it's here and set it to "all verbs".
4b. If your app extension is not there you will need to add it.
