Error message: the data was not able to be validate

I needed to change the backup username password on the server. I did it. Now when I tried to create a new backup job I received a message that I need to change the backup username password in "account credentials". When I tried to change and save I received a error message "the data was not able to be validate".

Please I need help.

Any clue?
