I have the following error '* userdata:D:\ savegrp: suppressed 30 lines of output' can anyone please help me in my quest to resolve.

Kind Regards,

dmholden,

Your original post does not really specify an "error message" per say. NetWorker is simply telling you that it suppressed some output so that your messages are not so large for initial viewing. This is quite normal. However, if you choose to see the actual messages, you can browse the savegrp.log, messages and daemon.log for more detail. All the above files are located within \\nsr\logs. You will most likely notice that the messages file is quite large. So you may wish to use a utility like "GREP" to sift out messages for a particular month or client, in this case, it might be beneficial to "GREP" the savegrp.log or messages files for "userdata:D:\".

If you are currently backing up any database servers, the "* suppressed x lines of output" message should be present. However it might depend on the version of NetWorker that you currently employ.

Good luck,
