Hello,

one of my clients that runs reports in CE10, gets (after installing a new PC) the next error message: "The Crystal Reports viewer is unable to create it's source objects".
Does anyone know what I can advise him to do to overcome this problem?

Hi,
If this is when the viewer is trying to install( Java or ActiveX) it usually means that the user is not logged in to the workstation with 'Power User' or administrator level rights..Have some one log in as an administrator and try again..
