Error message "End Program-Adobe Acrobat"

On a Windows 2000 Professional Workstation, with Acrobat Full version 5.0 and Acrobat Reader 7.0, everytime I shutdown Windows, I get the error message "End Program-Adobe Acrobat", but I have no programs running. Any suggestions?
