I have an app that has been running for 3 - 4 months. Some of the users are in the building where the server is located and others are in a building across the street and connected via a wireless LAN. Suddenly those using the wireless LAN cannot print anything on my app, while those in the building where the server is located can.

The Wireless LAN users are getting the error message:

"Pure Virtual Function Call"

I would believe this is a network problem but the wireless people say everything is working OK and they are able to print reports and other data that is stored on the server.

As I am 2000 miles from the user I can access the server remotely and work with the users on the server building but I cannot remotely access the user computers using the wireless LAN.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

This is just a Wild A** Guess, but, I would say that the computers on the Wireless LAN side has a different printer name then what is called for in the application. David W. Grewe
