Error Message on PSTN Card

UCx50 with a 4 port analog trunk card installed and when I click on the PSTN Card tab, I get the normal screen but with a warning in big red letters that says "Configuration file(s) do not have write permissions! Please report this issue to support."

Anybody seen this before or knows whether there is a problem, before I engage emetro support?

First, update the UCx system to the latest software. If the update includes the FreePBX package, the issue is going to be cleared. Otherwise, you should open a ticket for the E-MetroTel support to correct it.
