Error message: [Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle]Driver not capable

This application worked fine on NT using MTS, but after slamming the server and installing Win 2k, this error occurs when trying to access the ODBC driver through COM+.

I have looked on MS web site, and found it may have something to do with permissions on specific registry settings, but after setting the correct permissions I am still getting the error.

Can somebody offer some solution?
