Error Message INF 001300 (1010) with User login

Hi,
I have created two new user. When trying to login with one of them in Infoview, it giving me the error mentioned above. There other userid is working fine.

In idea will be highly appreciate.

What version? Are they using InfoView or DeskI or what?

Obviously this is a rights issue, but we can't help if you don't provide any details.

This is verson 6.1. Probelm comes to login into info view.

I believe this means that your WebI server is not properly up. It means that the LoginServer process is not connecting to the repository database.
