Error message in Outlook Express : need help please.

Hi,

when i send a email to with an attach file with the extension .BLZ from a floppy of imb diag, Outlook express
in the windows xp return me a email with subjet: Delivery Notification: Delivery has timed out dans failed.

In the windows it`s written: OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail : etc....

My question is: Why OE removed access to a files safe, it`s a log from the diag ibm to verify the hard drive, the files is safe i already verify it.
Whant can be the problem ?

From OE, go to Tools->Options->Security tab and uncheck the box "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".
