My company is currently using ACCPAC 4.2A and the Order Entry module is 4.2A SP4. I have a user that is trying to change a product number in the OE module. They first are deleting the incorrect item and then adding in the correct item. Once they click on Post, they get a 2 part error message.
The first message says:
Invalid input. The sum of the detail tax bases of 0.00 does not match the total tax base of 16500.00 for tax authority OE0002.
The second message says:
Posting failed.
The order that is being changed was created a few days ago if this makes any difference.
I am just learning my way around administrating ACCPAC, so if you can help me out please make it as detailed as possible. : ) Thanks.
