Error message in Notes 4.6

When we've seen this message, we've found the problem to be with the ACL of the database, usually someone's account has been added through some unintentional propagation and we just delete that unecessary account from the ACL. I've probably not explained this well, it's one of those things you stumble over and don't really have a good explanation for.
