Error message from VB for running a crystal report

Running a crystal 8.5 report from VB6. I got:

Run-time error '20500'
Not enough memory for operation.

Added more memory (doubled to 256M). Still got same error. I don't think it's really a memory problem. Saw this question posted last June (2003). No replies.

Anyone got any ideas?
