Error message from NAV

Hi,

We have NAV Corporate Edition 7.5 on our server/PCs.

One of them has started displaying an error message on startup about NAVLU..... (sorry, I didn't write it down).

I thought the problem would be fixed by removing and re-installing the software. But I cannot re-install, get an error message.

I'll try and get the error message so that you can hopefully help me.

Would it help if I remove any reference to the software in Registry Editor before re-installing - if so, what keys would I be looking for?
