Error message from Event Viewer for MMC

I received the following error in event viewer and Enterprise Manager closed after it, any thoughts on what's causing it?

The application, mmc.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 11/14/2003 @ 14:40:49.350 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 00000003 (<nosymbols>)

Have you looked to see if there is a dump file on the crash?

Where would I look for the dump file at?

There is a dump file, I'm not familiar with the troubleshooting process from here.......
