Error message - Framework

I hawe a problem, sometimes when i go debugging then reports me two errors:

Error 1 Metadata file 'C:\OSMAPA\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\cpo\b08fc951\585cc9f7\App_global.asax.axf_s5g0.dll' could not be found
and

Error 2 Metadata file 'C:\OSMAPA\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\cpo\b08fc951\585cc9f7\App_Code.zjgdvbt5.dll' could not be found

but if i exit VS2005 and open it again and then try to debug same aplication then doesn't show these error messages.

What is the problem?
