I am getting the message audit-t Directory list exhausted in daemon when logging onto my unix server. It is running SCO Open System v5.0.5 Enterprise. Has anyone seen this before?

System Specs:
Pentium III 450 128 mb SDRAM 40X SCSI CD-Rom
9.1GB Ultra2 Wide SCSI 8500rpm 7.5ms,
Adaptec AHA-2940U2W Ultra2 Wide SCSI PCI
3COM Etherlink 10/100mb Network Card
HP SureStore 24i SCSI Tape Drive
HP 125m Backup Tapes (1 pack)
SCO Open Server v5.0.5 Enterprise (5 user)
View Sonic Monitor (difference)
Facetwin Terminal Emulation (5 user)
3COM 10/100mb Network Hub 8 port
