Error message at launch. 1

When PageMaker starts I get the message...

"The Procedure Entry Point WNetEnumCashedPasswords can not be located in the Dynamic Link Library MPR.Dll"

I know that the cause is the fact that I installed an old version of Corel Draw and it overwrote a file with an older version. I had this happen a couple of years ago.

I can't remember what the file that I had to update to fix this was though.

Anyone Know, I remember that the file was on my computer in an other location and I only had to copy the newer one over the older one.

I just don't remember the file name.

A Google search suggests that somewhere you have incorrect version of the file MAPI32.DLL

I can't be more specific than that, but if you using WinXP, (re-)installing Service Pack 1 (

http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/sp1/default.asp

) may correct the problem.

Thanks if it is the same as last time I'll have a newer copy on my computer in another location.

I'll run a search this does sound like the same file name I remember.

That solved the problem. I found the 2001 version and replaced the 1996 version that was in my System32 folder.

Now everything works OK. This caused errors in Adobe Illustrator as well, as some other programs I use.

I don't really use Corel Draw but sometimes I get these files sent to me and can't open them. All of their files seem to open with nothing but Corel products including their photos.

I should probably break down and buy a new version; they do have a lot of good art in their collections. Especially food related clip art.
