Error message: ASADMIN.EXE - Ordinal Not Found 1

Hello,

We tried to open ARCServeIT Server Admin from the ARCserveIT for Windows NT folder to configure the Database pruning (Start>>Programs>>ARCserveIT for Windows NT>>ARCserveIT Server Admin) and got this error message:
***ASADMIN.EXE - Ordinal Not Found
***The ordinal 113 could not be located in the dynamic link library CHEYPROD.dll
***OK***

How can we fix this error? Is there another way to configure the pruning? Please advise. Any help or info is appreciated.
