Error message access BES from Exchange

When I try to get to the BES from Exchange, I receive the error "Failed to open some or all BlackBerryServer configuration information". It then lets me go into the Properties sheet, however, no Blackberry Servers are listed. Any ideas?

I ran into a similiar problem associated to the MAPI file... another administrator had changed the password (since he did not remember the rather complex one that I gave the BES account). Resetting the password, waiting for a period of time, seem to have fixed it (though we did bounce the server that night due to some maintenance).
