The error message is referring to the smtp server rejecting the users password in outlook express.I checked all the outlook configurations and the there is no changes done to the password.
The problem appears to be specific to certain computers and Iam trying to figure out the reason.
I am able to telnet into the smtp server of the ISP so there is connection.I disabled the symantec antivirus service but still giving me the problem
