Error mesage when we trying to playback screen recorded calls

We are getting the error message, when we try to playback screen recorded calls "Screen cannot be displayed properly. Initilization failed. Please contact your system administrator".

Sender--1 Error ID- 9003 SCR_RENDERER_INIT_FAILED.

We started getting this error message after installig Update Pack 24. Have opened a case to NICE for resolution.
 
hi have you updated the client side software?

are there errors on sam server or mml?
 
Can you playback direct from the logger?
Can you playback from the Storage Center if you archive screen to it?

Can you live monitor screen only?

Do you have any servers/clients that are running under different time zones?

Have you restarted all servers especially the playback service/server?

What UP did you upgrade from?

Any windows updates been applied, especially ones with security updates?
