Is there a way to obtain error logs off of the IPOffice 403? I am having issues where the box is for some reason no longer allowing out going calls, and to get the problem to fix I have to reboot the system.

I was just curious if there were any type of logs that I am able to pull off of the system so that I can attempt to troubleshoot it.

Thanks!

Traces and logs can be made and seen with a tool called "Sys Monitor".
The Sys Monitor is on the Admin CD or can be downloaded from the support.avaya.com

System Monitor just keeps attempting to connect to the ipoffice, but nothing happens... what password are you suppose to use, I am attempting to use the admin password I have set up.
