Error logging into WebConsole

I'm using XP, FR2. I just installed the web console on both servers in my farm. On one server I get in fine. On another I get the following error:

"An error occurred while trying to use the MFCOM service. You must have permission to run the MFCOM service on the MetaFrame server."

I do not get prompted for a login or anything. Any ideas?
