error locking odm

Hi
I am getting this error in syslog. I was wondering anybody has encountered oe seen this error.

telnetd[201794]: ocs_vtsup:
error locking odm database: 5920.)

Any help would be greatley appriciate it. This error only occurs exactly on a dot at 1:06 -1:08 am everyday.

are you getting anything in errpt?

No I am not getting anything in the errprt. We have configured the syslog as well so it will write error msgs to a file called on /var/adm/messages. But I dont get this error in the errpt.

Is there a cron job that runs about that time?

No I checked and we dont have anything running at that time.

1)When ODM database is locked ,SAN manager waits for lock
for 30 sec and during that period ..this message appears.
But the causes of this error message are:several configuration actions occuring concurrently or/and cfgmgr utility program is running...

2)Check for telnetd correct entries in /etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf files...
