ERROR loading USE or USELSX module: common

I have done a search for the same issue but it didn't really answer my problem...
We installed R5.0.5 client on a Windows 2000 machine and all of a sudden we keep getting the error mssg above. We were able to use the same machine before with no problem whatsoever until we changed the user and the problem started. Thing is, once the error popped up on a certain action (e.g open mail) it will not be generated the second time. It's hard to generate the problem because it doesn't happen on the same action twice... anyway, what is going on with this and what should I do?

This can be caused by an incomplete or corrupted R5 upgrade. Resolution:1. Have the user do a Replace Design using Mail (R5.0) Select: File; Database; Replace Design. 2. If the user says they have Version R4.6 and not R5.0 it is a 2 step process: a. Do the Replace Design using Mail (R5.0) and then b. Do a Replace Design using Mail (R4.6)
