Error loading Operating System

Hi
BIG Trouble.
I updated the BIOS on my Intel 440GX motherboard and after that the OS wont load.
"Error loading Operating System" , the system has two scsi disks - mirrored.
When i booted on the Windows 2000 server cd and tries to repair windows everything works fine, but after first reboot i get the same message again.
What is the problem?

definitely your new BIOS version is not compatible with w2k.
change the version.
